Course Description
Religion Humanities is a journey of philosophy and spirituality. The student will be challenged to critically examine the works of the past and the present. Classical writings combined with modern compositions will form the basis of study. The ability to open your mind and to let go of stagnant ideas is critical. The student will be challenged in a new and rewarding manner. This course will operate in connection with English Humanities.
Syllabus
Classroom Expectations
All homework assignments must be in on the assigned date. (unless absent) Failure to do so will result in a zero for the assignment. Any major assignments not turned in on time will be scored as a zero. If you are absent, send your project or paper with a friend or parent or have your parents call me at score. Failure to do so will result in a zero. All major projects will be typed. NO EXCEPTION. Proper behavior is expected and demanded. Respect for others is the cornerstone of our class. Proper dress and adherence to the Student Handbook will be followed. You are to act as a true Man of Moeller.
Grading
2-3 Tests per quarter; 3-4 Written essays per quarter; Quizzes; 1 Class Project per quarter; Class participation
