Hello,  welcome to my website.  I am very excited to be teaching at Moeller High School. I am a 1996 graduate of Big Moe and look forward to a wonderful year.  I will be teaching American History as well as coaching football and baseball.  I hope this site can provide you with valuable information regarding American History.

After I graduated from Moeller in 1996, I went on to play football at the University of Dayton. I earned my Bachelor's of Education from Dayton in 2000.  I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to attend graduate school and coach football at the University of Memphis from 2000 until 2003 where I recieved a Master's of Instruction and Curriculum Leadership.  I then went and taught as well as coached football at Haywood High School in Brownsville, TN.

My wife Layne and I have been married for two years and now have a new edition to our family.  Patrick Thomas McLaughlin was born on July 13, 2006 and is looking forward to wearing the Blue and Gold!
