Tempest Editor: Tony Grethel, '09 -- Personal Mission Statement: "As The Tempest newsletter editor, I shall take take all information from each member in M.A.C.H. 1 and write articles, updates and other news about what is happening in M.A.C.H. 1, Over-the-Rhine Community Housing and also extra information about poverty in Cincinnati. It will be my duty to keep all people updated about what has, is and will be involved with M.A.C.H. 1."
Shantytown Organizer: Patrick Naylor, '09 -- Personal Mission Statement: "As the M.A.C.H. 1 Shantytown Organizer it is my job to plan and run Shantytown. I must raise awareness about the growing problems in OTR. Also, I must bring in speakers who have real life experience with homelessness, addiction & affordable housing in Cincinnati. Lastly, it is my job to make Shantytown fun and enjoyable to those participating, and to open their eyes to the huge problem that lies before us."

Mission Statement:
The Moeller Advocates for Community Housing (M.A.C.H. 1):
n ADVOCATE justice, equality and empowerment for the poor
n EDUCATE the Moeller and Cincinnati community on the social injustiuces in Over-the-Rhine
n PROVIDE opportunities for the Moeller Family to make a difference in Over-the-Rhine
n CONSTRUCT quality, affordable housing for Cincinnati’s indigent
n INSPIRE others to action
Job Descriptions:
n Directors: M.A.C.H. 1 Directors will be responsible for the organization, communication and direction of committee affairs; will work in conjunction with the M.A.C.H. 1 moderator
n Advocates: M.A.C.H. 1 Advocates, through their actions, speech, art, etc., will provide a voice for the Over-the-Rhine community intended to inform and incite students, faculty and family to be active against injustice.
n The Tempest (newsletter) Editors: The Tempest Editors, through their newsletter, will provide a voice for the Over-the-Rhine community intended to inform and incite students, faculty and family to be active against injustice.
n Crew Leaders: M.A.C.H. 1 Crew Leaders will work with the Moeller Family to provide the education necessary for the construction of quality, affordable housing in Over-the-Rhine
n Donations Director: (description revamped, to be posted soon)
n Shantytown Organizer: The M.A.C.H. 1 Shantytown Organizer is responsible for planning Moeller's annual Shantytown. Shantytown will raise awareness to the growing problem of homelessness and the disease of addiction in OTR. Finally, the Shantytown Organizer will help to simulate the hardships of homelessness to students, faculty and the Moeller Family.
