Honors Math I is for freshmen who are in strong in math and wish to take a demanding and challenging college preparatory  math course.  The Honors math sequence culminates in Calculus during the senior year.

The truly unique feature of this program is that the student keeps the same teacher for the first three years of their high school math career.  This allows a unique student-teacher relationship to develop.  

In this first of the Honors Math sequence, we will complete a rigorous Algebra I course in the first yesr.   The course will stress terminology, logic, proof, and fundamental manipulative skills.  The class will move rapidly.

In Subsequent years, we will study Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, and Precalculus.
