Main Event 2015 - Saturday, April 18, 2015

It really does take a coordinate and unleash the power of our Moeller Community to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for tuition assistance! The Main Event Auction Gala does just that and without our volunteers - it just wouldn't be the success we see year to year. Now is the time to consider stepping up and volunteering for the Main Event. Consider getting involved with a committee or as a co-chair - it is a great way to meet other families and show your appreciation for what Moeller has done for your son. 

Committees needing volunteers:
Baskets - Join Jill Sandman on this fun and lively committee who, close to the auction (April 18, 2015) puts together fantastic baskets. Creative ideas are welcome and the Main Event staff provides some of the items. If you have creative ideas., this is for you!!
Decorations - Kim Bonn, our past parent and Decorations chair extraordinaire, has signed on to help, but could use volunteers with creative ideas to assist her with this year's decorations
Item Solictation - many businesses support the Main Event with donations. Volunteers are needed to call or visit small businesses to ask for donations. It's a fun job if you like to shop!! A volunteer would be useful to surf the internet looking for businesses that will donate free hotel nights, etc.
Item Pick up - we occasionally need volunteers to pick up donated items from businesses
Live Auction Assistance - a volunteer (or two) is needed to coordinate the live auction student volunteers the night of the Main Event. It's a fun, fast-paced job - but one that you will never forget!!
