Moeller’s parent-teacher conferences will be held on Thursday, February 11. Moeller faculty, counselors, and intervention specialists will be available, by appointment, to meet with parents. Please follow the instructions below to schedule your appointments.
  • Please schedule only one time slot per teacher.
  • If you cannot find a conference time that fits your schedule, please email the teacher to set up a phone conference.
  • Faculty locations will be sent out prior to conferences and will be hung up around school on the 11th.
  • To schedule a conference:  Go to www.myconferencetime.com/moeller
  • Refer to your son’s schedule on MOECampus and then click on the teacher’s name you would like to conference with.
  • Click on the words ‘Sign Up’ below the time and CAREFULLY complete the online form.  You will need to enter the course for which you are wanting to conference on.
  • Click ‘Sign Up for Your Conference’ when you are finished.
  • You will get an on-screen confirmation of your registered time (you should BOOKMARK and PRINT this page for your records).   You should also receive an email confirmation.  Keep one of the confirmations so that you can make changes to your appointment times if needed.
  • Please mark your appointments for your conference on your calendar. 
  • To delete your reservation and schedule a new time slot, please use the link found in your confirmation print out or confirmation email.
