Jim Murray Invite Results....Week Six Update

Moeller’s Cross Country Team traveled north to Springfield, Ohio for the Jim Murray Invitational, held at Champions Park Cross Country Course on October 3^rd, 2020. The team finished 1^st of 11 teams with 51 points.

Team Champions!

Top finisher for Moeller was Jameson Maynes ’22 in 2^nd place with a time of 17:03 (out of 131 runners). Also scoring for varsity: Cannon Spelman ’21 (4^th – 17:16), Grant Prather ’22 (10^th – 17:43), Will Mendel ’21 (15^th – 17:49), and Luke DiCristoforo ’22 (20^th – 18:01). Rounding out the Varsity squad: James Flege ’24, Eli Smiddy ’22, Sebastian Rahe ’23, Alex Rieth ’21, Sam Cline ’22, Logan Mitchell ’22, Alex Longwell ’22, Dominic Pappalardo ’21, Sam McCullough ’23, Colin Swallender ’24.

In the JV race, that squad finished 1^st of 4 teams with 19 points. Top finisher was Derek Konkoly ’21 in 1^st place with a time of 18:49 (out of 59 runners). Also scoring Zach Colbert ’22, Kyle Hughes ’24, Marc Miracco ’21, and Paul Pavloff ’21.

The team will finish the regular season on Saturday, October 10^th, 2020 competing in the Ross Invitational at Ross High School in Hamilton, Ohio. Varsity race begins at 10:15am.
