Nick Bennett has committed to play baseball at the University of Louisville, where he will play for Head Coach Dan McDonnell. Nick was a pitcher for the Crusader 2015 State Championship Baseball Team and was named First Team All GCL. He carries a 3.5 GPA and has maintained second Honors for four years. Nick is the son of Mike and Vicky Bennett of Batavia.
Nick Byrnes, a senior at Archbishop Moeller High School, has committed to attend Ohio University as a member of the baseball program. Nick will play for Head Coach Rob Smith. Byrnes was a member of the 2015 State Championship Baseball Team. He carries a 4.0 GPA and has maintained First Honors every quarter. Nick is the son of Terry and Diane Byrnes of Montgomery.
Alec Graves has committed to play baseball at Walsh University, where he will play for Head Coach Tim Mead. Alec played shortstop and third base for the Crusader 2015 State Championship Baseball. He carries a 4.0 GPA, has maintained First Honors and is the top 20% of his class. He is also a member of the Spanish Honor Society. Alec is the son of Todd and Alicia Graves of Amelia.
Cameron Junker has committed to play baseball at the University of Notre Dame under the direction of Head Coach Mik Aoki. Cameron is a right-handed pitcher at Archbishop Moeller. He carries a 4.0 GPA and has maintained first honors. Cameron is also a member of the National Honor Society and Latin National Honor Society. Cameron is the son of Joel and Melanie Junker of Liberty Township.
Nate Georgeton, a senior at Archbishop Moeller High School, has committed to attend Northwood University as a member of the basketball program. Nate will play for Head Coach Jeff Rekeweg. Georgeton is a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honors Society and is a Mentor Group Captain. He has a 4.0 GPA and has maintained honors every quarter. Nate is the son of Chris and Bobbi Georgeton of Mason.
James “Jake” Kevin Fox Jr. has committed to golf for the University of Cincinnati under Head Coach Doug Martin. Jake has maintained a 4.0 GPA and is a member of the German Honors Society. He was named 2014 GCL Co-Player of the Year, 2014 GCGCA Player of the Year, 2014 Enquirer Player of the Year, member of the 2014 State Championship team, medalist in 2015 Westerville Central LaSalle Invitationals, two-time All-State player, 2015 State Runner-up, 2015 Ohio Junior Am Champion, and 2nd lowest career average at Moeller. Jake is the son of Kevin and Betty Fox of Kenwood.
Cooper Hodge has committed to swim for the University of Wisconsin under Head Coach Whitney Hite. Cooper was named Seven Time All American, is Moeller’s school record holder, and maintains the record for Fastest 200 Breaststroke in the country for his age. Hodge has a 3.6 GPA and participates as a member of Unified for Uganda. Cooper is the son of Joe and Jean Hodge of Montgomery.
Jacob Peloquin has committed to swim for Miami University under Head Pete Lindsay. Jacob has maintained a 3.5 GPA with first and second honors, is a Moeller Mentor Group Captain. He was named four time All American, Rookie of the Year, MVP, District 2015 100 Fly and Back Champion. He was ranked 36th in 100 and 70th in 100 Back in the Country as an All American for the 2014-15 high school season. Jacob is the son of Randy and Pamela Peloquin of Lebanon.
