District Results....Week Nine Update

The OHSAA Division One Southwest Ohio District Cross Country Championships were held on October 19^th, 2019 at VOA Park in Westchester, Ohio where the Crusader team finished 8^th of 14 teams in Race “1” with 246 points. Unfortunately the team was unable to advance in the postseason and the season has concluded.

Moeller’s top finisher was Cannon Spelman ’21 who finished in 36^th place in a time of 17:24 (out of 100 runners). Also scoring were Grant Prather ’22 (48^th – 17:53), Thomas Zaugg ’20 (53^rd – 18:01), Will Speigle (54^th – 18:05), and Will Mendel ’21 (55^th – 18:07). Also finishing Varsity were Logan Mitchell ’22 and Zach Colbert ’22.

The District JV/Open race was contested on October 17^th, 2017 at Christ’s Church Mason (our home course), where that squad finished 9^th of 17 teams with 279 points. Top finisher for Moeller was Jameson Maynes ’22 in 43^rd place in a time of 18:18 (out of 299 runners). Also scoring were Sebastian Rahe ’23, Derek Konkoly ’21, Eli Smiddy ’22, and Ethan Cepluch ’20.
