Lebanon Invitational Results....Week Two Update

The Crusader Cross Country Team opened their season this weekend with the Lebanon Warrior Invitational on Saturday, September 4th, 2021, at Lebanon High School, where the Varsity squad finished 5th of 21 teams with 154 points.  
 
Moeller’s top finisher was Jameson Maynes ’22 in 4th place (out of 204 runners) in a time of 16:46.  Also scoring for Varsity were Peter Bachman ’25 (33rd – 17:43), Jake Karulf ’24 (37th - 17:49), Sebastian Rahe ’23 (46th – 18:00), and Max Maney ’24 (49th – 18:04).  Rounding out the Varsity squad were Jacob Herzog ’24, Zach Colbert ’22, Eli Smiddy ’22, Grant Prather ’22, Sam Cline ’22, Carson Todd ’25, and Colin Swallender ’24.  

In the JV race, that squad finished 6th of 14 teams with 177 points.  Moeller’s top finisher in that race was Logan Mitchell ’22 in 48th place (out of 284 runners) with a time of 19:49.  Also scoring for that squad were Finn Taylor ’25, Michael Roncallo ’23, Owen Brennan ’24, and Nick Monaco ’23.

Up next is the Mason Invitational on Saturday, September 11th, 2021 at Mason’s Corwin-Nixon Park.  Varsity race is scheduled to begin at 10:15am.
