Milford Invitational Results....Week Four Update

On tap this weekend for the Moeller Crusader Cross Country team was the Milford Invitational at Valley View Nature Preserve in Milford, Ohio on Saturday, September 18, 2021. The Varsity squad finished 12th of 25 teams with 269 points.

Moeller’s top finisher this week was Peter Bachman ’25 in 37^th place with a time of 17:27 (out of 197 runners). Also scoring were Jake Karulf ’24 (40^th – 17:29), Max Maney ’24 (61^st – 17:45), Sebastian Rahe (69^th – 17:54), and Jacob Herzog (72^nd – 17:56). Rounding out the varsity squad were Jameson Maynes ’22, Eli Smiddy ’22, Colin Swallender ’24, Zach Colbert ’22, and Sam Cline ’22.

In the JV race, that squad finished 3^rd of 23 teams with 135 points. Leading Moeller in that race was Grant Prather ’22 in 14^th place with a time of 18:32 (out of 398 runners). Also scoring were Carson Todd ’25, Nick Monaco ’23, Finn Taylor ’25, and Michael Roncallo ’23.

Coming up next on the schedule is the Midwest Catholic Championships on Saturday, September 25^th, 2021 at the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course on the campus of Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio. Varsity race time is scheduled for 10:45am.
