We know deciding what high school to attend can be stressful and overwhelming, but we are here to help.

You don’t have to go on this journey alone. We will show you right away what the Moeller Family is all about with the support and guidance you will receive from our admissions specialists, teachers and staff.

Get things started by creating an inquiry for your MoeAccess account. MoeAccess is your all-in-one portal for everything Moeller. From tracking your admissions checklist to scheduling a shadow visit, we’ve got you covered. Easily complete the application, access the records release form, and—for incoming freshmen—register for the High School Placement Test (HSPT) with just a few clicks. You will receive an email within 24 hours to create your MoeAccess account.

With your MoeAccess account you can view your checklist which includes the application, shadow scheduler, and FACTS financial aid application link. Complete your application, essay, and submit grade school records by the November deadline.

Required documents include:

  • Current grades/transcript
  • HSPT results
  • Attendance records
  • Disciplinary records

Monday, November 30–Application Deadline
Admissions applications, financial aid applications, and grade school records are due. 

Friday, January 8, 2027–Man of Moeller Day
Be part of a day dedicated to giving 8th grade students a true experience of Moeller academics, campus ministry, House System, co-curriculars, and athletics. 

Friday, January 15, 2027–Acceptance Day
Acceptance packets are sent out–packets include registration information, financial aid awards and scholarship offers.

Monday, January 25, 2027–Registration Day
Your whole family is welcome to attend this special celebration when you and your son become a member of the Moeller Family.
