GIVING BACK WITH PURPOSE
Each year, the Richard Tobin Benevolence Award honors the Catholic Order of Foresters’ top 20 agents for their exceptional performance, dedication, and commitment to their mission. This prestigious award includes a $500 donation made in each recipient’s name to the Catholic charity or organization of their choice. One of this year’s recipients was Man of Moeller Rob Quatkemeyer ‘00, who chose to direct his $500 award to Archbishop Moeller High School.
Since the award’s inception in 2006, Catholic Order of Foresters has proudly donated more than $189,000 to churches, schools, and other community organizations. These meaningful contributions are made possible through COF’s Welfare and Relief Fund, established by the late High Chief Ranger Richard Tobin, to support fraternal initiatives and acts of good within their communities.
The Catholic Order of Foresters shares, “Congratulations to our 2025 Richard Tobin Benevolence Award recipients. Your hard work, professionalism, and dedication to serving our members truly reflect what it means to bring Catholic values to life. We are proud to recognize your achievements and the positive impact you continue to make.”
Rob shares, “After being selected for the Richard Tobin award through the Catholic Order of Foresters, the choice to donate the $500 proceeds to Archbishop Moeller High School was a very easy decision. Through time I spent at Moeller as a student and now being an alumnus for 25 years, the relationships that I’ve made have helped me into the person I am today. My time at Moeller is where my Catholic faith was truly formed. Moeller High School is something that I love deeply and will always be a part of who I am.”
