38 SEALS EARNED
Thirty-eight Men of Moeller from the Classes of 2026 and 2027 have earned the distinguished honor of receiving a Seal of Biliteracy, recognizing their proficiency in a second language.
Students earned either the Ohio Seal of Biliteracy or the Global Seal of Biliteracy in German, Latin, Spanish and Italian. Unlike recognition based simply on completing a certain number of language courses, the seals signify that students have demonstrated a high level of language proficiency through established standards and assessments.
Earning a Seal of Biliteracy represents years of study, practice and commitment to developing skills that extend well beyond the classroom. Proficiency in another language strengthens students’ ability to communicate across cultures, broadens their understanding of the world and provides a valuable distinction as they pursue college and future career opportunities.
The achievement also reflects Moeller’s commitment to preparing students to engage confidently in an increasingly connected world. Through the study of world languages, students develop not only communication skills, but also a deeper appreciation for different cultures, perspectives and experiences.
Congratulations to these 38 Men of Moeller on an outstanding academic achievement!
